THE BOUSTEADOR

The Bousteador is a 23-storey building located in an affluent township, Mutiara Damansara, in Petaling Jaya. Boustead Holdings Berhad is one of the oldest conglomerates that has a steep history in Malaysia, where they pride themselves as a symbol of strength that encompasses the spirit of a warrior.

In designing a fresher outlook for its interior design that reflects the company’s resilience over the years and the bullish character that it upholds within the company, the design concept circles around three main themes; A game changer, Post Pandemic Office and Inspired Spaces.

With offices on levels Ground Floor, 3rd Floor, 4th Floor, 10th Floor and 23rd Floor, the massive space of 45,000 sqft was design to provide a layout that could correspond to every need and requirement of the employees, while still showcasing the strength of its people, its business and the culture.

The main focus was to make each space multifunctional, where the staff can repurpose the floor for different usage, be it co-working with social distance, hosting seminars, group trainings, events, or conducting a private meeting. There is a space for every team and each individual working in The Bousteador.
