EAS Office is located at Menara J Land, Johor Bahru. Strategically set in the heart of the South and just a bridge away from Singapore, these factors make this a place of convenience for business with a prestigious address in the urban city.

Elite Advance Service being a digital solutions provider whose employees consist mainly of Millennials and Gen Zs, the brief was to plan, design and furnish more than 10,000square feet of space with vibrant, fresh and energetic elements. Boasting a spectacular view of downtown Johor Bahru throughout the building curvature, it was clear that the design work had to be an innovative and contemporary one to fit the stature that the space brings.

The thought behind the design concept was to provide a lively space that promoted a collaborative and purposeful environment for their employees to work in – One that evokes thoughts, motivates and steer you in the right mood for work.
